The Staff

Employees should not only have their childcare or teaching certifications but also First-Aid and CPR. Our faculty and staff include educated and certified employees that know how to create and maintain an environment for your children to learn, grow and of course be safe. The Classroom
A quality preschool in Boca Raton and Delray Beach will have child-friendly rooms that offer safe engagement for all ages. Our 18,000 square foot building offers many educational and entertaining rooms from our 3 indoor play areas to the computer lab and library. We make sure that any room occupied by children at any time also has the appropriate amount of adults to supervise the children. We never fall below the proper caregiver-to-child ratios as set forth by the Department of Children and families.
The required ratios are as such:
- Children under 12 months: 1 to 4
- Children age 12 to 23 months: 1 to 6
- Children age 24 to 35 months: 1 to 11
- Children age 36 to 47 months: 1 to 15
- Children age 48 months to 59 months: 1 to 20
- Children age 60 months (5 years old) or older: 1 to 25
Over-The-Top Security
When it comes to protecting your children, you should always expect a childcare facility to have every safety feature possible. Get Ready Set Grow is located on a 4 ½ acre property with a perimeter fence surrounding the entire school. The entrance of the property has a secured gate with video surveillance so we know every time someone enters or exits the property. Video surveillance is also present at every entrance of the building and secure entry systems to the classroom areas are always functional as well. We even have a security guard that makes rounds and monitors every inch of our facilities.
Some additional security measures include:
- Strict drop-off and pick-up policies and procedures
- Federal, state and local law enforcement screening of all personnel
- Telephones in each classroom, in addition to a public address/intercom system
- Fire drills held on a regular basis to familiarize students and staff with safe exit routes and procedures
- Immediate Response Panic Device for immediate police response provided to every teacher
- Shade over our outdoor playground to prevent overheating or sunburns
