A Secure Premise
Get Ready Set Grow is built for safety from the ground up. Our entire property of nearly five acres is securely gated and all entrances are gated and monitored. We take great care at pickup, dismissal, and throughout the day to make sure the only people on-premise are authorized to be there. Classroom areas have additional secure entry features and each classroom’s patio area is also gated, ensuring your children’s safety no matter where they are on the property. We also equip each of our classrooms with a telephone and intercom system, so communication in the event of an emergency is instantaneous. In the unlikely event of an incident on campus, such as theft, we have a comprehensive surveillance system in place to monitor and quickly resolve the problem. On top of all these built-in safety measures, we have a licensed security guard on-site full time.
An Informed Staff
Even the best-equipped facility in the world can only do so much. That is why we take our commitment to your children’s safety far beyond just our property. Our entire staff is thoroughly interviewed and vetted. This includes thorough background checks at national, state, and local levels. This ensures that only the best-intentioned and qualified individuals are interacting with your children daily. However, we do not stop there.
Once a member of the teaching or admin staff is hired, we provide extensive safety training. All members of the staff are trained in both general first aid and CPR so that, in case of an emergency, there is always someone on hand who can help. We also provide every teacher with an emergency response panic device so that police can be contacted immediately when needed. Many schools can tout a loving and qualified staff, but only GRSG goes the extra mile to train and equip our staff with the best safety knowledge and tools.
Health Minded
Get Ready Set Grow knows that health is on the forefront of every parent’s mind. We take nearly unprecedented precautions to make sure that we provide a clean and healthy environment for your children. Both staff and students receive touchless temperature checks before entering the building. Staff also take an oxygen level test. Throughout the day, two dedicated staff members are on hand to disinfect the campus. After hours we also have a professional team deep clean the school. Students also have assigned seats and their own set of supplies, to keep germ-sharing at a minimum. We have also treated the school and playgrounds with the pathogen fighting Microshield 360 as an added precaution.
